My relevant and diverse background extends well beyond real estate that began as a student graduating with the highest academic standing in an architectural program. My first job was estimating for a construction company that progressed into running my own project management company. I was also retained as a Property Specialist for Royal Insurance overseeing complex property claims and their related cost. I implemented centralized costing utilizing Xactimate Estimating systems that was the first in Ontario that was industry ground breaking. All of this experience lend tremendous insight when I am working with clients to understand building values and securing their largest investments at the best possible price.
